He's a great bloke with a wicked sense of humour, who's not up his own a*se like most of the other CEO's in the City. It makes me smile everytime I see him in his drainpipe trousers and mullet. Why should he care what anyone else thinks of him.

One thing I will say about Andy is that he will still stop and chat to me if I bump into him in the street as an old colleague even though hugely more successful than me. That is a rare thing in the city!
