Andrew Kendrick, CEO and Chairman, ACE European Group

Bloody hell. We've stumbled upon an extremely rare example of a European mullet.

This is what happens when you're posted to Hamburg for six long, hard years. You lose touch with things like 'fashion' and 'trends' and what's likely to get you kicked in when you go to a pub in South London.

Reminds me a bit of Gordon Gekko, but a more tired, less handsome version.

He looks like he's been forced to wear one of those Hannibal Lecter lower-face mask things, except he's drawn an unconvincing mouth and chin cleft on it in black biro.

He looks like he'd be handy in a fight though.
I'd want to be on his side.

Reminds me of Michael Douglas.

I found one of these under a stone in my garden the other day. Nasty, and quick too.

He looks like he is about to offer me a kneecapping if I do not make the car repayments

I think he looks very nice, it's good not to be the same like all the sheep in the City! Well done mate.

He's a great bloke with a wicked sense of humour, who's not up his own a*se like most of the other CEO's in the City. It makes me smile everytime I see him in his drainpipe trousers and mullet. Why should he care what anyone else thinks of him.

Met this guy twice..talk about charisma!
Cuts around in his specially painted blue Ferrari. Drainpipes and mullet are unbelievable.
Top CEO. Breath of fresh air!

One thing I will say about Andy is that he will still stop and chat to me if I bump into him in the street as an old colleague even though hugely more successful than me. That is a rare thing in the city!
