Those glasses really bring out his eyes. As in, they let you work out which part of that huge expanse of flesh is where his eyes should be.

I'm trying to work out if he beats Justin K. Junkus for the smallest face-to-head ratio. Perhaps there could be some way we could work it out, using Science? Either way, his face is tiny. Instead of glasses he should wear a monocle that covers his entire face, to magnify it up to something proportional to the size of his head.
Ballbach sounds like a German word for part of the male anatomy.
Anyone remember 'Garbage Pail Kid' stickers? There was a character called 'Shrunken Ed'. I think they may be related...
All the mirrors in his house are spoons.
