The poor women ones hardly ever get good studio shots. It's usually because the company is so pleased with itself for promoting a woman to a senior position it just can't wait to send the photo & press release out.
Or it could be because women tend to have lots of photos of themselves to hand, so there's no need to book a proper photography session.

You people need to get a life and focus on more important things.
Believe it or not, Mr Hastings, but this is one of the top three most important things in my life at the moment.
This is a bad photo with the flash-reflection all over her forehead, cheeks and lips. It's also casting a harsh shadow behind her cheeks and under her chin (again from the flash). Her head stands out from her hair since there is a huge light-to-dark contrast.
Maybe it's all a good thing since she certainly didn't get the job on the basis of this photo. I imagine a decent photo would make her look much better.
She looks like a complete b*tch.
