Junk food, Arby's really is poor quality. Trash, and they spend most of their time at the exec offices trying to trick the public into paying a lot more than what it's worth.

I think the photographer did a good job, given what was given to work with.
Lighting is good, everything crisp and clean. There was so obvious touch up work on the photo, and some softening, as there are some hard facial lines that were smoothed.
Good work.
