Interesting coordination of suit, tie and shirt - looks light, summery and easy-going. Business must be good for him as he doesn't look too run down for 44, but the awkward smile shows he's still serious enough for business. Hope I look that good at 44, but unlikely to happen as I look worse than that now and he's got a good 8 years on me...
