Thomas J. Wilson, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Allstate Corporation

Thomas features an extremely rare horizontal fringe. We are also impressed by the closeness of the shave and remarkably well-kept teeth and skin. Pores this blemish-free means he has at no period in his life used alcohol as a crutch.

He's not just your dad, he's also your best mate. Spends the weekends white-water rafting near the lake house. Knows more about setting up your router than you do. Was too young to serve in 'Nam but likes to think he would've made a great killer if they'd accepted applications from 12-year-olds.

Behind that saccharin smile, lies a personality in turmoil. For every piece of low hanging fruit he puts in the win-win basket, there's an anxious 13 yrd old loner, furiously masturbating into a rigid sock in the guest rooms ensuite toilet.

The throbbing vein up the middle of the forehead hints at the supressed rage. Once the white water rafting season is over the time bomb starts ticking.

I am a customer of Allstate for 31 yrs. I have compliant and would like this email to reach Thomas J Wilson. I put a claim in 2008 on my roof
the adjuster pd the have the roof caulked 380.00 and paint the interior. In 2009 the roof leaked again this the adjuster would not replaced the roof and pd 1,08.49 to fix the interior. I asked for different adjuster they sent same one and his boss. The adjuster is Timothy Vonder Linden cell 618-616-8489.I am single and hispanic. When I hear with Allstate your in good hands. I get angry why would he pay once to get it caulked and not pay for the roof and keep paying for the interior. I have not fixed the interior because every time it rains the living room plaster falls and the carpet gets wet. Please forward this message to Mr Wilson. My email address is salsaemma@gmail.com Sincerely Emma Lingelbach

Dear Emma,

Thank you very much for your message. I am very sorry to hear about the problems you have been having with your roof, and that you feel that the service you have been receiving from Allstate has not been to your satisfaction.

However, after due consideration, I regret to inform you that it is the opinion of this company that you should take your roof and shove it up your stupid fat arse.

Yours Sincerely,
Thomas J. Wilson
CEO, Allstate

To whom it may concern,

Good morning our names are Carlos & Carmen Montalvo 512-745-0028. We are writing this letter in hopes that someone in your office can assist us in a claim that we filed as a result of an accident we were involved in on 10-13-2015 which resulted in personal injury to both my wife and I.

The other party happened to have the same insurance we have. In light of this we've been an insured with Allstate for may years and currently have 12 active policies with Allstate ( 9 Landlords, 1 Home Owner, 1 Boat and 2 Vehicle polices).

I Carlos Montalvo was released from the Doctor's care on Monday November 2, 2015 and called your office and was advised that Ms. Warmsley took it upon herself to close the claim. My wife is still under the Doctor's care at the moment.

Since Ms. Warmsley wasn't able to help us with the claim we're reaching out to someone that can assist.

Ms. Warmsley is not a Doctor and can't determine the treatment needed for the injuries that we sustained as a result of this accident which we differ to be a high velocity impact hit as determined by the professionals that represent Allstate.
The initial cost of the repairs have doubled since they took bumper off the vehicle.

To date we have not received the vehicle.

IN GOOD FAITH since I am an Allstate customer I have no interest in contacting an attorney and letting them handle this matter; to the contrary what Ms. Warmsley wanted or preferred us to do.

The below letter is a letter we wrote to Ms. Warmsley on October 20, 2015.

Dear Kiesha Warmsley,

On Friday, October 16, 2015 we received a call from Ms. Kiesha late in the afternoon advising that we are only allotted 1 initial doctors visit and 1 subscription of medication (due to a low impact collision). Within a few minutes she stated 4 doctor visits and then 8 visit and proceeded to give a dollar breakdown (which in-turn she was negotiating all claims for bodily injury 3 days after the accident). I, Carmen, proceeded to tell Ms. Kiesha that I felt back pains/neck and my concern was to get better and pain free. Needless to say, I felt appalled, how can it take 5 days to fix my car and I a human being only be allotted initially 1 visit to the Doctors office and 30 days of drugs (medication which is much cheaper) I’m a person that prefers to heal naturally without medication.

I wish I could say it ended there unfortunately, on Monday, October 19, 2015 we received two checks in the amount of $1616.00. I understand Ms. Kiesha has a job to do, and must keep her claim dollar figures down but how can Ms. Kiesha determine the severity of our accident, by notes? Does not one need to do due diligence? Yet, the repair shop has not taken out the back bumper to complete the damage investigation, if there is any additional damage to vehicle, or the fact the airbag lights and seat belt lights stay on. It’s my understanding stated by the All State mechanic, that “it has to be a high velocity impact for airbag/seat lights to not be working”.

Enclosed are the two checks we received.

Currently we are in treatment for injuries sustained in the accident. We are currently being treated by HealthSource Chiropractic; Doctor of Chiropractics Alexander Klein at 1075 N. Lakeline Blvd. Ste. 108 Cedar Park, Texas 78613 512.501.6941.

I would like to mention once we have been cleared by Doctor of Chiropractics Alexander Klein we would then contact you to clear any open bills from HealthSource Chiropractic, Enterprise, Body Shop and any one I left out as a result of the accident.

Respectfully,

Carlos Montalvo

Hello, I worked for allstate 28 Years. I lost my husband in 2013. I met at Allstate. I loved allstate. It gave me a snowglobe of love. My husband won a grand award at his death. I was on disability due to anxiety. 2 yrs after my husbands death. A missed diagnosis was declared. I haven’t been able to buy a friend. Or help. I’m having trouble rec our pension. I’ve been scared and just keep failing. Feeling alone. Perhaps I would have been better selling drugs because the medical system took pain meds away. Now I must buy on the street. Is this normal for corp America and the government? I think this is how people get hooked on heroin. Am I better off not complaining? I think so. I’ve just lost things. Medicare. Ss. Still can’t get my husbands pension. I also get no help from places that are conflict of interest help. If I was healthier and had more to offer than brokenness. I would date and look for a fellow like tom. But working there 28?yrs and my guy over 30. Died for his job he loved it so much. Won award so prestigious but I can’t get and respect. Thank you.... broken snowglobe
