I think Mike Earley must have sat on his glasses and had to borrow his secretary's pair so he could see the photographer for the shoot.
Bad mistake.
Even worse than the one he made trying to simultaneously smile, bite his bottom lip and stare, terrified, into the lens.
Jose looks a lot like someone I used to work with. He was quite nice, so I'm sure Jose is too. That's how the universe works. Things that look the same are the same.

Hah, I am so OLD, my first thought was to print them out, put the pictures back-to-back with a stick between and then rollll the stick to create a bird-in-cage style optical illusion. Mike has Jose's beard! Jose has Mike's glasses! Beard! Glasses! Beard! Glasses!
